Presentation Description: It's challenging to retain your workforce when the industry struggles to find skilled workers. Every employer has had the conversation before: what drives people to want to stay with the company? Money? Benefits?
Other than trying to hire workers based on the company's values and ensuring that the team is motivated to reach the common goal?
Research proves that humans are driven by:
1) A sense of purpose
2) Continuous learning
3) The feeling of accomplishment
4) Nurturing relationships

How can a company check all these boxes? Presenter will talk about the importance of culture, and share how his organization is investing in employee development and how this is showing improvement in retainment.
