Ms. Nancy Deng serves as the Director of Customer Quality for NGC Americas, providing leadership and direction for Quality, Customer Service, RCA/CA, and all continuous improvement initiatives.
Before joining NGC Americas, Nancy served as the Deputy Quality Director at NGC's headquarters in Nanjing, China, leading GE Project Quality, RCA, and Service.
Prior to NGC, Nancy was Supplier Quality Leader for GE Power China and Asia region. She has two decades of experience in the Power Generation industry, with 10+ years in quality leadership role, holds an MBA from Sichuan University, and is a graduate of GE's Global Experienced Leadership Program
